The aim was to create a regenerative, self-sustainable farm from the perspective of water, food and shelter (weekend home). The site was designed for water + planting, with dedicated wild zones. Design challenges included flooding, erosion, land sliding (sandy soil), loss of top soil and slopes higher than 45%.
