The clients on this property aimed to establish a bed and breakfast that would be nestled in an organic farm that has been developed through permaculture principles. They also aimed to preserve as much the wild spaces on property during the development of their project. After a site visit and a study of the environmental conditions, a zoning map was created to offer guidance on where the various built structures and productive gardens could be located on site while leaving areas of the land undisturbed to maintain a biodiverse habitat.
